Introduction

The busy pace and information overload of modern life presents with many challenges that may confuse, upset, or test us and our relationships. We all can struggle to get perspective and to understand the best path to take towards a meaningful life. I specialise in working with individuals (16 and older) and couples to create a calm space to understand themselves better and to help learn new ways of coping with problems and difficulties.

I bring a warm, supportive, down to earth point of view and will work with you at a pace that feels comfortable for you to help resolve personal and relationship dilemmas.
